Welcome. 

The intention of this site is to publish our family trees, as we know them, to allow other family members and relatives to see what we have compiled for them and their children to see the history of their forefathers.

My interest in the genealogy of our families was triggered by a sheaf of papers and a descendant chart given to me by my mother who in turn had received them from my Aunty Muriel, Mrs. Muriel Jones (nee Hawkins). Muriel had spent many years and written many letters to Associations and Societies as well as individuals around the world and in Australia in the research of the JONES history, and as you can imagine, in the days before computers and the internet, this would have been a long drawn out process. 

During the course of my research I have been helped by others who have been tracing their particular ancestral links to the past and, if allowed, I will publish their names in acknowledgement and for others to communicate with.

While there is a lot of information contained in these pages there is also a lot of information missing and we encourage any relatives of the listed families that may wish to contribute to the history to contact us.

This site will be constantly under construction .
